Civ 6 Stuck On Downloading Update. It took me forever to figure out where update notes are in the steam store. I've tried the usual tricks, including clearing the d/l cache, deleting all.

I’ve tried verifying file integrity and reinstalling the whole game. I have install, uninstalled, both steam and civ.
